9th Annual University Row at the Virginia Gold Cup

Arlington, Virginia (PRWeb) March 28, 2007 -- A record sixty-six alumni groups will join together in the ninth annual University Row at the Virginia Gold Cup Races, an event underwritten by the official alumni chapters of the College of William and Mary, Fordham University, James Madison University, Marquette University, the University of Michigan, the University of Richmond, the University of Southern California, the University of Texas, the University of Virginia, Villanova University, and Virginia Tech.

Located in 11 contiguous chalet tents along the North Rail of the Virginia Gold Cup race course, University Row is managed by the Alumni Events Alliance and brings together over 1,300 college-educated professionals ranging in age from 25-45.

"University Row continues to evolve", says AEA founder, John Fedewa. "Every year we add a few new aspects and refine the event. It's a proven formula--and that's why University Row sold out two weeks before race day [in 2006 and amassed a waiting list of over 500 ticket requests. This continues to be the benchmark for all North Rail outings."
