BigHand Attains Gold Certified Partner Status in Microsoft Partner Program

BigHand's leading voice productivity application, BigHand3 Digital Dictation, allows a user to dictate directly to a network using a handheld microphone, headset, remote device, PDA, cell phone or via the web. A compressed and encrypted sound file is then transferred instantly to available secretarial support, regardless of whether they are located nationally or globally. The product was nominated as "Best of Breed System of the Year" at the Legal Technology Awards 2007.

As one of the requirements for attaining Gold Certified Partner status, BigHand had to declare a Microsoft Competency. Each Competency has a unique set of requirements and benefits, formulated to accurately represent the specific skills and services that partners bring to the technology industry. Within select Competencies, there are Specializations that focus on specific solution areas that recognize deeper expertise within that Competency. As a specialist in voice applications, BigHand gained an ISV Software Solutions Competency.
