Ecommerce: MySpace Gold Rush

(PRWEB) October 3, 2007 -- In a study performed in the 3rd quarter of 2007 by Wordze keyword research service, Wordze (www.wordze.com) found that 18% of 135,000 searches performed by webmasters where researching keywords in the Music industry. With the most common keywords being related to music lyrics, music ringtones, and music downloads.

While most webmasters where interested in developing services for popular keywords in the music industry, 14% of them where interested in keywords related to the dating industry, or where planning to develop a service like MySpace within the next 12 months.

While the majority of webmasters where interested in Music and Dating, a smaller but noticeable percent where interested in developing websites related to Mortgages, Diet & Body Products, as well as eBay sites.

Levi also added, "With this new data at Wordze, it will be easy for customers to not only know what keywords to target on Google, but also be able to know what markets are going to provide a greater return on their investments, and what markets they will want to avoid for the time being."
