More Money and More Sex: Researchers Claim to Have Developed a Workout That Will Get You Both

Toronto, ON (PRWEB) March 5, 2008 -- Fitness experts claim to have developed a way to measure and build the perfect male body and a better life.

Creators of the Adonis Index Workout have developed a formula for building an ideally proportioned body. "Research shows that women will find a man most attractive when his body is at its ideal shape and size" says co-creator of the program Brad Pilon. A guy who is closer to his ideal proportions will also enjoy the respect and admiration of other men, allowing him to climb the social ladder faster.

Research shows that men with specific body proportions command more respect, attract more women and often hold more influential positions in society than less favorably proportioned men.

Classic sculptors knew of these proportions, and used them for centuries to create the greatest representations of the ideal male form. Over time, this concept has been forgotten. "We rediscovered the ratios of perfect proportions, and by applying them to modern exercise and physical attraction research, we developed the Adonis Index Workout," adds Pilon.

The result is a mathematical equation that will determine each man's ideal body proportions that make him the most attractive to women and more socially dominant. "We call the reaction people have to a guy who is approaching his ideal proportions the Adonis Effect" says author John Barban.

Barban also adds; "Most people can easily pick out the best looking physiques in the gym or on the beach, but nobody can explain what exactly made them better looking. Now we've created a way to measure this look, and a workout to get any guy there."
